Corsican Mint (aka Mini Mint) is an excellent perennial herb that is hardy and very quick to germinate within 5-7 days. Its small oval-shaped leaves when crushed release a fresh minty aroma that can add a pungent fragrant but pretty addition to salads or pimp up your lamb etc. This variety is native to Corsica, Sardinia, France and Italy and is hard to find in shops in the UK.
